Thank you for for coming to us to get your driveway done and the 40 out of 40 score. We understand the concerns that you have about the communication which is why we have introduced the weekly update email. All customers that have an order in the work schedule receive weekly updates on the work undertaken and there is a contract list updated each week to show progress. We have found this the most effective way to keep people upto date. Once you are closer to the top we get in touch by telephone to arrange suitable dates to start the work. Thanks again fro recommending us too.

Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased that you are so happy with it. Sorry that it took a little longer than expected. We have been suffering a little from our own success and the number of installations increased suddenly. We have doubled the number of teams that we have out compared to this time last year. The training and qualification period for new installation teams can be quite significant to ensure that we maintain the level of quality that is needed to fuflfil the lenghty warrany periods that come with our products..

I did have to call them back because there were a few small dents by the front gate, maybe our cat made them when it was still soft! But they have put that right for us, so I am very pleased with the service and the quality of workmanship"

Thank you for your comments, it helps to understand where we can improve. For customers with contracts in place we have a section of the website which shows which contracts are in progress and the projects waiting to start. The link to this is provided when the order is placed.
It would help us if we could allocate specific time slots but, unfortunately, resin cannot be laid in the wet weather which means that we plan the activity just one week ahead and may have to change it on the day. This presents us with a problem communicating directly with customers waiting for their installations. We are constantly reviewing ways to improve this area of communication and try to ensure that customers are aware of this from the outset.
It is encouraging that when we do arrive on site our customers are delighted with the professionalism of the team and the excellence of the installation.

"Apart from communication over the commencement date, possibly down to massive workload, a superb change to my property, recommended to my neighbour"
Thank you for the feedback, sorry that we fell short regarding the communication. The workload has indeed increased, we get recommendations all the time which is really encouraging and a reward for the quality of our work. Our office staff have increased to help with communication and organising, the fitting teams are increasing, we ensure they are trained to the right standards with our regular teams before they can fit themselves. Our installations are weather dependant, which is why we can't set specific dates - two weeks of wet weather can throw all plans out.

Thank you for your positive comments about the installation. It was disappointing to hear your concerns about the time it took to install. We have been fortunate enough to receive a lot of additional work through recommendations, plus large development work like the station car park in Woodbridge. We have recruited additional people for this influx of work but have needed to train them fully to the standards expected of Resin Master installation teams. We are up to speed again now.

Sorry again about the wait for installation. We have trained some more teams to the required standard now, which takes time. We believe that it is better to delay and complete installations to the highest standards rather than push ahead and risk something being finished that we would not be happy with. Normally it is only the weather that delays us but, until the last couple of weeks we have had good dry days.

I am pleased that we carried out an installation of the drive to your satisfaction and disappointed to hear about the rutts. We did use boards to spread the load but clearly it wasn't enough, the team did try to rectify it at the time. I am pleased to hear that we sorted it to the satisfaction of all parties on returning.

"Courteous and punctual. Marked down only on the initial clean up of tarmac where the power wash used left the house, windows and surrounds with black greasy marks. Took hours for me to remove."
Thank you for this feedback, it helps us to ensure that we don't make the same mistake again. Our new power washer produces incredibly more power than the old one and the team didn't pick up on the type of debris picked up in the after spray. With the old equipment a quick rinse around was all that was needed to make the surrounding area clean. Clearly this time we were caught out - sorry for that. I am glad that the driveway looked great and met expectations.
