We received feedback from 26 customers in 2022. Each customer was asked to provide a score out of 40. Our feedback score was 1,027 out of a total possible 1,040 which was 98.7%.
We request feedback from all our cutomers to help us with our aim to provide 100% satisfaction on every project.

"On first signing of the contract I thought a weekly email to advise where you were on the jobs list was an excellent idea. However when we got to number Nine we stayed there for four weeks. Whilst the written word talked about the jobs completed I was not happy and let Keiran know about it by email - if you post a queue list then customers will expect to see their job continually moving upwards or, like me, they will get upset."
Sorry that you found our communication frustrating, the listings you refer to can only be viewed by customers and it is there to show the work flow. The number of jobs underway and those to be done. Whilst there is priority given to the dates that contracts are signed there are other operational factors that impact on the schedule. This is fully explained on the page. THe recent wet weather di cause us significant issues.

Hungry for payment, I wanted it to rain as a drain had been added. I thought I had 30 days to pay. If it rains before then happy days. I'm not sure how quickly they would return if I had a problem"

"We are very pleased with the finished driveway and would like to thank the preparation team for their hard work through appalling sub-zero temperatures they endured. In particular dealing with underlying concrete dumped by the original house builder in the 1960’s and dealing with other snags to ensure we get a good level finish. All unforeseeable extra digging out work for them, but they just cracked on with it. Likewise, the installation team who worked very efficiently and have provided a very smart finish. Also, a thank you to Kieran for keeping us up to date with the progress. Resin Master should be proud of their workforce."

Thank You for the feedback and for recommending us. Delays are always frustrating for customers and ourselves. To get the correct finish, resin must be laid in certain conditions regarding humiduty and temperature. This past year we had the worst conditions for resin laying which created delays for all our customers. We always wait for the right conditions rather that install something that may not meet our standards. Not all resin companies are so careful, as one of the first resin surfacing companies in this area we know that shortcuts shouldn't be taken.
