Addaflex-R comes to Resin Master

As we develop the new show area in Rendlesham we have taken the opportunity to lay the latest product from Addagrip.

"Addaflex-R is a recycled rubber and aggregate bound surfacing product suitable for pedestrian projects to provide a smooth, low maintenance, flexible surface with up to 50% recycled rubber content."

Using the natural stone and resin product mixed with recycled rubber (car tyres) we create a decorative mix which complies with SUDS requirements for water dispersal.

The rubber ads a softer feel underfoot, ideal for garden paths and garden patios.

The rubber is added to the stone aggregate that is used for resin bound products. The stones look dull when dry (There can be no water in the process when mixing)

When the resin is added the colour is richer, like the wet stones on a beach.

The mixture creates an incredibly strong product that is hardwearing, flexible, porous and attractive perfect for the garden.
